First Time Visit
Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete health-related documentation and have a photo taken for your medical record.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all our clients receive high-quality service, we ask that you notify us of the cancellation within 24 hours. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $50. Late Policy
If you cannot arrive on time, we will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible. Keep in mind that some treatments may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. We might have to reschedule your appointment if you are over 10 minutes late.
